Artemis frequently receives property deals that are atypical for most investors. We call these situations. Often, these are not on the open market and take more work to transact than an ordinary purchase.
Artemis first ascertains which have robust fundamentals, pattern matches each one across our system against every registered mandate, and routes it to the relevant acquirers. Relevance will always be quantified by our bespoke rubric, and every opportunity will state why it was sent to you.
Tell Artemis what you buy and we will route it to you.
Artemis ingests every situation it receives through one intake, then ascertains which of them have robust fundamentals. Our system will pattern match each one against every registered mandate and route it to the relevant acquirers. Artemis does not advertise or list them.
Somebody’s circumstances rather than the property’s. This sets the timetable and the discount, and it is the half of a situation an ordinary agent cannot act on.
Who is in it, and on what basis it is held. The property itself is often fine; establishing who has what right over it, and getting them out, is not.
What the state demands before the property can be sold, let or funded. A mainstream lender will not act while any of it is outstanding, which is what puts the property in front of you.
More than one category in the same situation. These take the most workflow, and Artemis will do that work before anything is routed to you. They also carry the widest spreads, because most investors will not look at them.
A mandate can be as narrow or broad as you want it. Tell Artemis you will look at one of these categories and that is all our system will route to you. Your exclusions are recorded and applied in the same way as everything else you register.
Tell Artemis what you buy: geography, asset types, the situations you will look at, how you fund, how fast you can move, and what you will not consider. All of it is recorded as structured fields so our system can read it.
Owners, executors, directors and introducers all submit through the same structured intake. Artemis ingests the documents held, the debt position and any confidentiality constraints at source.
Artemis will ascertain the fundamentals: authority to sell, the debt and consent position, tenure, occupancy, and anything still unresolved. A situation without robust fundamentals is held here.
Mandates and situations are recorded against the same controlled vocabulary, so our system will compare them field by field and quantify the fit against our rubric. Your exclusions are applied at the same time as your inclusions.
You will receive the same summary every time, in the same order, and every one will state why it was sent to you and what is still unresolved. Artemis will release identifying detail once you say you want it.
You can sell it, or you hold the authority to: an owner, a joint owner, an executor or administrator, a director, a receiver or an administrator. Submit it and Artemis will ascertain whether it is transactable and tell you either way. There is no cost, no obligation, and Artemis acquires no interest in the property by receiving it.
Submit a SituationYou cannot sell it, but you see these in your work: agents, solicitors, surveyors, accountants, insolvency practitioners and brokers. Route it to Artemis and the client stays yours. Artemis will not approach the owner until you say so, and will agree any referral arrangement with you separately and in writing.
